In "Wait" donne immerse nella confusione dei linguaggi contemporanei, corpo, spazio e ironia sono il punto di incontro, scontro e relazione.

“La ricerca di Silvia Gribaudi si concentra sulla comunicabilità, sulla relazione tra il corpo umano e i materiali in scena e tra questi e il pubblico, in una tripartizione di sguardi complici e dipendenti l'uno dall'altro. Wait è il titolo del suo ultimo progetto. La danzatrice occupa la scena coprendosi il corpo con un pannello di polistirolo forato. Indaga il materiale, interagisce con esso, guarda il pubblico e “aspetta”. Attende che l'unione tra corpo e materia le permetta un'evoluzione: una reale e brusca rottura del materiale che a Fondamenta Nuove ha fatto sobbalzare lo spettatore. “

“Wait”

A work on the listening of time and on diversity in comparison, collision, relation and unity.
The continuous break and fragmentation of images that cross apparently distant worlds, highlighting feminine human figures which make a unity in their diversity.
The theatrical space becomes site specific. The performance rhythm and shape become fit to the space and in this way a living and dynamic relationship among stage, artists and audience is being created.
A work half-performance and half-show whose heart is the communication among the diversity of styles, between body and space through irony, abstract and concrete which make you jump from mystical to earthly!

She studies the material, she interacts with it, she watches the audience and she “waits”. She waits for the unification of body and material to allow her an evolution: an actual and abrupt break of the material that has stunned the spectator at the Fondamenta Nuove Theatre. “
